I got this from Asus regarding removing the covers. Now that I did your 'disable CPU boost' for my default Silent/Power Saver mode on battery, my CPU is at 37-39C! Just amazing how that little thing helped save my computer from everyday heat and I am very thankful for that!! Loving my G14 Zephyrus even more than I already did haha My battery life jumped from having like 2 hours left to 4.5 hours left! I know that was probably trivial but figured someone else might run into an issue like this.Īlso, like I mentioned before, my CPU was pretty decent during idle temp, around 47C. Just had to search in the 'Additional settings' in the Brave browser and turn off 'hardware acceleration' and that solved that issue. I found out it was my Brave browser that was the culprit when running some different tabs.
