How is the GPU temps(post-optimization).Hey mate! A potential buyer here.I was wondering if you could assist me with a few things. The team stated that if you remove the Mylar, the the temperature of CPU & GPU will be lower, however the top frame skin temperature is high, so they modified the bottom side vent to change airflow to improve it.

I got this from Asus regarding removing the covers. Now that I did your 'disable CPU boost' for my default Silent/Power Saver mode on battery, my CPU is at 37-39C! Just amazing how that little thing helped save my computer from everyday heat and I am very thankful for that!! Loving my G14 Zephyrus even more than I already did haha My battery life jumped from having like 2 hours left to 4.5 hours left! I know that was probably trivial but figured someone else might run into an issue like this.Īlso, like I mentioned before, my CPU was pretty decent during idle temp, around 47C. Just had to search in the 'Additional settings' in the Brave browser and turn off 'hardware acceleration' and that solved that issue. I found out it was my Brave browser that was the culprit when running some different tabs. Using your GPU fix, it helped me point to a program that was using the GPU for no reason while on Silent power setting. Thanks for the post and hard work finding the problems to common issues, it is much appreciated! I haven't experienced too bad of idle CPU temperatures but all of a sudden I wasn't able to get my 7-9 hours of usage when just using my computer as a daily driver on Silent mode.
